Location: Fort Washington, PA Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service through phone, chat, and video interactions.
• Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, online banking, and account maintenance.
• Open new memberships and recommend products and services that support member financial wellbeing.
• Support loan applications, loan closings, and follow up on member lending needs.
• Research and resolve member concerns including fraud‑related issues, disputes, and bill payer inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall Member Service Center operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a financial institution contact center or branch environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, computer skills; knowledge of banking products, services, and digital banking platforms preferred.
