Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and cross-sell products in line with member needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account maintenance.
• Assist with online banking and general statement inquiries, and respond to member questions.
• Support service center operations and Saturday shifts as needed.
