Qualifications

• Must be bondable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Credit Union teller experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional, accurate service to members in person, via drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Open and maintain checking and savings accounts, including fiduciary accounts.
• Educate members on electronic services such as online banking, mobile apps, bill pay, and e-statements.
• Adhere to authority-level check acceptance limits and balance drawers.
• Document member interactions and referrals using designated software.
