Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding member service, greet members promptly, and tailor product recommendations.

Know OCCU product and service range; explain offers clearly to members and prospects.
Gather member information, tailor recommendations, and address barriers for each scenario.
Contribute to branch goals; meet/exceed service and sales targets while delivering positive experiences.
Process account or loan requests, review credit reports, and explain disclosures to members.
