Job summary

Affinity Plus seeks a Member Advisor for our Contact Center in Bemidji, MN. You will assist members with daily transactions, provide card support, and help with Online Banking while building trustful relationships.

This full-time, hybrid role includes an in-person training period of 90 days in Bemidji, with ongoing weeks on-site approximately every six weeks, and a starting pay range of $17.05 — $21.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and the ability to prioritize workload.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to exceptional service to members and employees.
• Intermediate computer skills across multiple systems.
• Sitting 90-95% and standing 5-10% depending on rotation.
• Face-to-face interaction and coordination with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Provide education on self-serve options.
• Verify endorsements and proper ID on deposits.
• Execute wire or ACH transfers.
• Issue debit, credit, and gift cards.
• Troubleshoot card and online banking questions.
• Balance and maintain cash drawer and logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
