Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Regular Full-Time Teller/Member Services representative. Under general supervision, you will deepen member relationships by assessing financial needs, process deposits and withdrawals, and originate consumer loans within underwriting guidelines.

You will open deposit accounts, guide online/mobile services, and cross-sell credit union products to meet service and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in lending or branch operations.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent member/customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with branch visits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Input loan applications and documents for underwriting.
• Advise members on products and services.
• Open deposit accounts and enroll in online/mobile services.
• Cross-sell credit union products.
• Maintain records in Synapsys MRM and other systems.
• Adhere to security policies and CTR/SAR reporting.
• Support external business development and loan sales events.
