Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in lending or branch operations.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent member/customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in teller loan documents and lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet members, assess needs and assist with branch visits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balance cash.
• Input loan applications and data for underwriting and documentation.
• Provide product recommendations and cross-sell based on needs assessment.
• Maintain accurate records in Synapsys MRM and related systems.
• Follow Apple FCU policies, security procedures and training requirements.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure member satisfaction.
