Apple Federal Credit Union in Manassas, VA seeks a Member Service Rep I to assist members in person, by mail, and by phone; perform deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and courtesy. Under supervision and following policies, you will explain services, open accounts, and cross-sell products.

The role emphasizes friendly service and adherence to security policies; prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months financial institution or cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal and member/customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Proficient in Symitar and Synapsys MRM.

Responsabilités

• Represents the credit union to members in person, by mail or by phone with courteous, professional service; processes deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Receives loan payments and inputs information into the computer system; processes mail transactions and correspondence.
• Provides information on Loans and Shares products and existing accounts as needed.
• Under direction, contacts members regarding deposits, loans and other products.
• Identifies PSO opportunities and refers members accordingly.
• Adheres to security policies, CTR and SAR procedures and refers questionable transactions.
