Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Associate at the Baileys Crossroads branch, Falls Church, VA. You will greet members, process deposits/withdrawals, input loan applications, and advise members on suitable financial products to meet their goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and friendly service. Candidates should have at least two years in lending or branch operations and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Experience - Minimum two (2) years' experience in lending or branch operations area.
• Education - High school diploma.
• Interpersonal Skills - Excellent positive member/customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively greets members, assesses reasons for branch visit, and assists members accordingly.
• Processes transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
• Inputs loan applications accurately to support underwriting review.
• Recommends appropriate products and services to improve members' financial situation.
• Completes required paperwork for new deposit accounts and other services.
• Cross-sells credit union products to members and handles PSOs.
