Abt Global seeks a temporary, full-time Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist to support PMI Evolve MEL activities within the US Foreign Assistance Team. You will collect, analyze data on indicators, and generate data-driven deliverables under supervision of the PMI Evolve MEL Director.

Role requires strong organizational skills, data-management experience, and report writing. The position ends by December 30, 2026 and averages up to 15 hours per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree + nine years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree + seven years, or PhD + four years
• Master’s Degree in Public Health or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation; experience in integrated vector control desirable
• Strong skills in database management, especially DHIS2, MS Excel, MS Access, or MEL platforms
• Strong analytic and quantitative reporting skills
• Fluency or professional proficiency in English required
• US work authorization required with no visa sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Work through data inventory files for Evolve country teams
• Support final data packages by exporting templates from VLC and limiting to country level
• Organize complete, consolidated MEPs per country
• Test and provide feedback on VectorLink Collect software upgrades
• Take on other tasks as they arise
