Job summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Lead to oversee cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management for a groundbreaking 1 GW+ Mega Campus project. You will coordinate with DEC, Site Project Management, and multiple GC partners to ensure financial performance and timely reporting.

You will lead a team of analysts, drive control strategies across the project, and collaborate with delivery, contracts, and finance teams. Travel to data center sites and HQ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience.
• Subject Matter Expert in cost management, change orders, and risk management.
• Familiar with Earned Value Management and data analysis.
• Experience with data centers, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects requiring complex commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead in cost controls including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and risk facilitation.
• Develop and maintain the project controls strategy for a mega campus (1 GW+).
• Communicate project health to leadership and DEC partners.
• Identify commercial risk mitigation opportunities and drive resolutions.
• Lead a team of analysts and contingent workers supporting project controls.
