Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking a Campus Project Controls Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center campuses. You will manage budgets, forecast cash flow, review contractor pay apps, and enforce disciplined cost and change control processes across one or more campuses.

This hands-on role requires 7–10 years in project controls and construction cost management for major infrastructure, with strong analytical rigor and clear communication to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Hands-on experience managing construction budgets for multi-billion-dollar campuses.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate forecasts and cashflow analyses.
• Experience leading change and risk management with construction and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report construction budgets and costs for large-scale data center projects.
• Develop detailed cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor cost and schedule health, identifying risks and opportunities early.
• Lead change management and risk processes with construction teams.
• Review contractor pay applications and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Ensure compliance across contracts, POs, and invoices.
• Provide timely reporting and recommendations to leadership and clients.
• Promote standardized project controls practices across campuses.
