Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead to provide technical schedule controls leadership for NA Mega Campus projects. You will manage baseline schedules, EOT approvals, risk facilitation, and monthly IMS updates across DEC, with coordination among site teams, GC/TP partners, and cost leads.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling, SME in Primavera P6/MS Project/Smartsheets, and heavy collaboration across engineering, contracts, and finance. Expect 25–50% travel to data center sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning/scheduling or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• SME in Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheets and related methods.
• Experience with Earned Value, resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience in Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Background in data center or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in schedule controls on the Mega Campus.
• Review and approve Baseline Schedules with GC/TP partners.
• Coordinate EOT requests and delay tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Develop delay mitigation ideas with site leadership.
• Communicate project health and risks to Area Manager and DEC leadership.
