Opensity Solutions is seeking a Meeting & Event Manager for the NYC Headquarters. The role leads a team of up to 10, drives operational excellence, manages budgets and vendor partnerships, and ensures exceptional service for meetings and workplace hospitality.

You will partner with client leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality conference services, catering operations, and administrative support on a onsite basis in New York.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or workplace operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for client relationships and daily operational needs.
• Oversee meeting and conference room operations, including setup and space management.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and service levels.
• Lead, develop, and manage team performance with coaching and feedback.
• Support hiring, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
