Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee meetings, advisory boards, and events while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers, providing project management direction to meet business and stakeholder needs.
  • Use systems/tools (e.g., SAP, Office 365) for planning, contracting, and reporting.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams (compliance, finance, procurement) and external vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, systems, and stakeholder experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharma or meetings/events management.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Project management experience preferred; proficiency with MS Office 365 and SAP.
  • Ability to solve problems, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
