Hyatt Regency Irvine is seeking a Meeting Connections Manager to join our sales team in a fast-paced environment, handling special accounts or a specific role with a quota. You will develop new leads, research business potential in an assigned market, and book short-term meetings for the hotel.

This entry-level role requires direct client calls, management of online lead sources, and participation in the Meeting Connections Sales Manager pride program.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training program or equivalent training.
• Prefer 1-2 years previous hotel experience.
• Non-exempt position that is based on 45 hours per week.
