IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to launch a career in medical device sales. This entry point role is focused on hunting new business in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building relationships with physicians, APPs, and clinic staff, and driving prescriptions for intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will build one through disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
