Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Manager to launch a medical device sales career in healthcare. This is a pure hunter role in outpatient urology clinics, building a territory from scratch and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will prospect daily, educate clinicians on product benefits, build a territory pipeline in CRM, and strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with a quota history.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call outpatient clinics within assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage.
• Build and manage territory pipeline with CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory like a business.
