MedTech Growth Partners seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption of disruptive orthopedic device technology across a U.S. territory.

You will cultivate clinical relationships, educate surgeons and clinicians, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, supported by a high-growth startup environment. This field-based role requires strong medical device sales experience, a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Medical device sales experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet.
• Startup mentality: entrepreneurial, self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales activity in your territory to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Grow and maintain revenue from adopting accounts.
• Prospect and engage new accounts in orthopedic, sports medicine, O&P, and VA/DOD spaces.
• Schedule and perform in-services to educate customers on the product portfolio.
• Pitch products to surgeons, CPOs, and other clinicians to gain interest.
• Service accounts through onboarding and ongoing visits to effectively grow existing business.
• Document activity and track revenue in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Billing on launches and initiatives.
• Evaluate customers’ needs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
