Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the MedTech Supply Chain in Raritan, NJ. Lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital capabilities to enhance inventory planning, production scheduling, and overall supply chain performance.

You will collaborate with business units, IT, and data science to bridge business needs with technology solutions, driving innovation and operational efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in digital strategy, product management, experience design, or related fields.
• Experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps.
• Experience in supply chain processes such as demand or supply planning, inventory management, or scheduling.
• Experience developing strategies for custom digital applications and SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital product strategy for a robust supply chain portfolio in support of Integrated Planning.
• Provide digital product management and AI enablement for key initiatives across inventory optimization and scheduling.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, data science, and customers.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure value realization and drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Launch go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of digital tools across supply chain teams.
• Identify trends and innovations for ongoing digital transformation.
