Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner - Data & Analytics in New Brunswick, NJ. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, defining functional design by merging business objectives with innovative technology solutions.

You will oversee the design, build, and operation of integrated data and analytics solutions for financial, external, and operational data as the organization pursues a transformational Medtech agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of in-depth experience in Data Modeling, including significant experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• 10+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining Data Management and Reporting solutions.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy Definition: Formulate a forward-looking finance business vision and technology roadmaps with decision-making authority.
• Business Problem Definition: Translate business challenges into value propositions and holistic solutions.
• External Insights: Analyze trends related to planning, forecasting, and finance processes to provide strategic foresight.
• Solution Design: Ensure product development uses an experimental approach with agile principles and end-to-end process optimizations.
• Value Realization: Define the anticipated value impact of investments in experience, excellence, efficiency and compliance.
• Internal Partnerships: Collaborate with BPOs and finance/tech staff across product development stages.
