Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience; 4 years in procurement focus.
• Experience with components and raw materials suppliers; electrophysiology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies to meet goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships with quality standards.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing terms.
• Monitor procurement spend and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Engineering, QA, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
