Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon team seeks an Associate Account Executive to expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products in Brooklyn, Queens & Long Island, NY. You will learn to demonstrate proper use of surgical products in operating rooms and support the Area/Region with sales activities.

You must be capable of traveling, have a bachelor’s degree, and be prepared to relocate. This role offers progression to Account Executive and a strong MedTech sales track with comprehensive training and compliance

Mansioni

• Expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products in the assigned area.
• Convert competitive products while complying with company policy and sales direction.
• Train to demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally and ethically to lead customers to action.
• Prepare and demonstrate proper use of all Ethicon products for surgical settings.
• Manage customer questions/objections with trained response strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods from training.
• Support surgeons through strategic platforms and products in the OR.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
