Job summary
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Director to lead MT CPA Strategy & Operations from our Irvine footprint. This role partners with the Global VP and leadership to drive strategic planning, operating model evolution, and performance measurement across a global scope.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in communications, strategy, or operations with strong budget governance and cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 12+ years in communications, public affairs, marketing, strategy, or related fields.
- 7+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of strategy, operations, and governance.
- Experience with data, analytics, and reporting to inform decisions.
- Digital fluency with collaboration platforms and AI-enabled tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and operationalize MT CPA strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Lead budgeting, governance, vendor management, and performance reviews.
- Build insights frameworks and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
- Lead change management and Credo-aligned culture initiatives.
- Collaborate across GCA, MedTech, regions, and enterprise partners.
