Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director of End-to-End Planning. The role is located in Irvine, California or Irving, Texas, and leads Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and plan maturity for Mentor.

You will partner with global teams to analyze, consolidate, and report data to enhance decision-making and drive IBP adherence. The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Logistics or Operations)
• 8–10 years of related experience
• Strong planning process knowledge
• Deep capabilities in planning systems and reporting
• Ability to influence at all levels within Supply Chain, Commercial and cross-functional partners in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead complexity across a broad product portfolio

Responsibilities

• Owns the global IBP process and improves plan process maturity for Mentor
• Lead the Mentor IBP with senior management to communicate risks and opportunities
• Manage Mentor global service review meetings with commercial and supply chain partners
• Oversee materials/supplier governance for proactive mitigation
• Develop long-term demand and supply strategy for key product portfolios
• Support plan process maturity improvements with planning strategy and capabilities team
• Influence Director and VP levels across the organization in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Lead planning portions of operations and inventory financial submission cycles
• Own key supplier S&OP and process adherence
• Identify and drive improvements of IBP, demand, inventory and network planning processes
