Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director of End-to-End Planning. Located in Irvine, CA or Irving, TX, this role leads the Global IBP process and drives planning maturity across the organization.

You will partner with global commercial and regional teams to improve data-driven decision making, monitor service and inventory KPIs, and guide strategic planning across multiple product portfolios.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or similar is preferred.
• 8–10 years of related experience is expected.
• Strong planning process knowledge and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the IBP process and drive plan maturity improvements for the Mentor business.
• Lead global planning and materials management collaboration with commercial teams.
• Coordinate with SCLT and cross-functional partners to communicate risks and opportunities.
• Develop long-term demand and supply strategies for key product portfolios.
• Influence Directors and VPs across Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Drive IBP, demand, inventory and network planning improvements and scenarios.
