Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting for a Director of End-to-End Planning. The role will be located in Irvine, California or Irving, Texas, leading the Global IBP process and improving planning maturity across the Mentor business.

Leading global and regional teams, the E2E Planning Leader will drive data-driven decisions, manage service reviews with commercial and supply chain partners, and influence senior leaders to optimize customer service, inventory, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or University equivalent) is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 8-10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mentor IBP process and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Lead global service review meetings with partners to communicate risks and actions.
• Materials and supplier management and governance/escalation.
• Generate long-term demand and supply strategy for key product portfolios.
• Support plan process maturity improvements for the Mentor business.
• Influence Directors and VPs in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• IBP Planning Excellence and Process Maturity assessments.
• Lead planning for financial submission cycles.
• Own key supplier S&OP and process adherence.
• Identify and drive improvements across IBP, demand, inventory and network planning.
