Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting for a Director of End-to-End Planning, based in Irvine, CA or Irving, TX. You will own the IBP process, drive maturity, and partner with global teams to improve decision making and service levels.

The role requires 8–10 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong leadership in planning across a broad product portfolio within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or University equivalent) required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global IBP process and drive plan maturity improvements.
• Lead the Mentor global service review with commercial and supply chain partners.
• Manage materials/suppliers governance and escalation to mitigate issues.
• Develop long-term demand and supply strategies for key portfolios.
• Support plan process maturity improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Influence Director and VP levels in a multi-stakeholder environment.
