Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of US Marketing – Ottava to lead the US OTTAVA marketing organization, partnering with Product, Clinical, Customer Success and Sales Enablement to translate global strategy into US value narratives.

This role requires 12+ years in MedTech marketing, strong leadership, and a proven ability to launch complex capital equipment in large matrixed organizations. Preference for Santa Clara, CA, or Cincinnati, OH, or Raritan, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of product marketing, downstream product management, or commercial marketing in MedTech or complex healthcare markets.
• Strong clinical marketing and KOL engagement experience.
• Ability to synthesize clinical, economic, and operational inputs into cohesive value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own downstream product management and product marketing for the US Ottava market.
• Translate global product strategy into US-specific value narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Lead US clinical marketing strategy and engagement with KOLs and early adopters.
• Build and lead the US OTTAVA Marketing organization across functions.
