Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting Software Engineering Co-ops for the Spring 2027 term in Cincinnati, OH. You will design and develop product software that integrates with mechanical, electrical, and distributed systems.

Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/related field is required, two semesters completed prior to term start, GPA of 3.0, and legal work authorization in the U.S. The term runs 01/11/2027–04/30/2027, with housing assistance and on-site/virtual training.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/related field.
• Must have completed at least two semesters before the term begins (sophomore or above).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience in software engineering using C, C++, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product software to integrate with mechanical, electrical, and distributed computing systems.
• Develop test tools to test product software in an integrated environment.
• Document designs and specifications per design control processes (IEC 62304).
• Participate in on-site and virtual training courses offered during the Co-op term.
