Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting R&D Design & Development Co-ops for Spring 2027 in Cincinnati, OH. You will engage in CAD and simulation-driven design, testing, and validation activities under mentorship, with rotations that deepen engineering skills and project exposure.

Participants must be enrolled in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical or related engineering programs and have completed at least two semesters. Housing assistance is available for non-local students.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Must have completed at least two semesters prior to co-op term.

Responsibilities

• Use state-of-the-art tools and training available on-site.
• Perform testing, experimentation, and validation to support product design.
• Contribute to design solutions using CAD and simulation tools under mentorship.
• Assist in developing laboratory testing and data interpretation for next steps.
• Opportunity for further CAD training including kinematics and stack-up analysis.
• Rotations are 3–4 months with housing assistance for non-local students.
