Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Software Engineering Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. You will design and develop product software that integrates with mechanical, electrical, and distributed computing systems, and create test tools in an integrated environment.

Rotations last 3–4 months with housing resources and a taxable stipend for housing for non-local students. You will work under design controls and IEC 62304 compliance, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE.
• Completed at least two semesters; sophomore or above.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the co-op term.
• Experience in software engineering using C, C++, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product software to integrate with mechanical, electrical, and distributed computing systems.
• Develop test tools to test product software in an integrated environment.
• Document designs and specifications per design control processes and IEC 62304 compliance.
