Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for R&D Design & Development co-ops for the Summer 2027 term in the MedTech sector in Cincinnati, OH. Rotations are typically 3-4 months and include on-site training, CAD/simulation work, and lab testing support.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering or related field (PhD may be considered).
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the co‑op term.
• Availability to work full-time on-site for the duration of the co‑op term.

Responsibilities

• Use state-of-the-art tools and on-site training.
• Perform testing, experimentation and validation to support product design.
• Contribute to design solutions using CAD, simulation tools and mentorship.
• Assist in developing laboratory testing and interpreting data results.
• Opportunities for CAD training and simulation model building.
