Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division in Cincinnati, OH is recruiting for R&D Design & Development Co-ops for the Summer 2027 term. Co-ops will perform testing, experimentation, and validation to support product design, using CAD and simulation tools with on-site training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must have completed at least two semesters before term start.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for duration of term.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing, and validation activities to support product development.
• Utilize CAD and simulation tools with mentorship from engineers.
• Participate in 3–4 month rotations and multiple terms if available.
