Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated programs from intake through manufacturing transfer. You will manage budget, schedule, actions, and risks, and serve as the primary customer contact once in the committed pipeline.

You will work closely with engineering and the NPI Director to align resources and schedules while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in a Program or Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated history of successfully executing programs/projects.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Knowledge of program/project management practices, techniques, and tools.
• Experience with program/project management software.
• Experience with strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated programs and programs/projects.
• Focus on managing budget, schedule, actions, and risks associated with the program.
• Serve as the primary customer contact once the program is in the committed pipeline.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to manage intake and development processes.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, FDA/CE guidelines, and SOPs.
• Manage scope, budgets, and staffing across project phases.
• Provide status reports and maintain dashboards for visibility.
