Job summary

Minnetronix Medical, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive on-time, on-budget product execution. You will be the daily contact with customers, manage schedules, budgets, scope, and design-to-cost objectives across software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This role demands 5–10 years in customer-facing product development, knowledge of FDA/ISO standards, and proficiency with MS Project.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in a technical field; PMP certification preferred.
• 5–10 years experience in a customer-facing product development role.
• Knowledge of electronics-based medical device development cycles (software, mechanical, electrical).
• Proven ability to manage medium-scale projects.
• Proficient in MS Project to develop schedules and budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Understanding of FDA, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Experience with all phases of new product development preferred.
• Plastic injection molding experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop estimates and proposals for new business opportunities with Sales and Systems Engineering.
• Lead customer interactions for individual programs and manage expectations; negotiate scope/cost changes.
• Develop and maintain program plans and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
• Direct and coordinate program activities across functions in a matrix organization.
• Manage multiple medium-sized programs and cross-discipline teams.
• Control risks, issues, and quality at the program level; communicate status.
• Identify and execute continual process improvements in product development.
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond defined scope.
