Job summary

Sirtex Medical seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs, including NPI, NPD, and commercial launches, with focus on quality, safety, and post-market surveillance. The role requires coordinating multiple streams, risk mitigation, and executive communication.

Candidates should have 5+ years in commercial product launches in medical devices or pharma, plus 3+ years in clinical and post-market program management. Eastern/Central Time preferred to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or engineering required.
• 5+ years’ experience of commercial product launch as a project lead or program manager in medical device or pharmaceutical industry required.
• 3+ years’ experience of clinical study program management
• 3+ years’ experience of post market program management
• 5+ years of proven experience in program management with emphasis on planning/schedule control and risk mitigation

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commercial launch of Sirtex product or acquired product.
• Ensure Quality, Safety, and compliance through Quality management system.
• Monitor key clinical studies and report to senior management.
• Maintain archives for product-related development activities.
• Coordinate activities between operational and commercial teams from initiation to launch.
• Communicate issues and action plans to senior management.
• Lead project status reporting and resource allocation decisions.
• Anticipate risks and develop creative solutions for timely delivery.
