Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, PLM architecture, or related roles.
• Strong experience with PLM lifecycle processes including PDM, document management, change control, BOM/config, and engineering workflows.
• Experience designing or guiding integrations across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Ability to create practical architecture guidance for PLM and engineering-system environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of R&D PLM architecture across MedTech.
• Create practical blueprints, reference patterns, and design principles for PLM.
• Guide product data, document management, change control, product structure, BOM/config, and workflows.
• Identify ways to simplify the landscape, increase reuse, and reduce complexity.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and technical contributors to strengthen architecture maturity.
