Job summary

Heartflow is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the integration of our AI-driven cardiac solutions into customer accounts, acting as the technical lifeline for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, train end users and sales teams, and collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to optimize Heartflow adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering or sciences; 3+ years in technical/clinical field.
• PM experience required; EPIC/EMR systems experience.
• Healthcare/digital health background preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Heartflow technology into new customer accounts.
• Manage projects for new products/features with the commercial team and customers.
• Provide end-user and commercial team training on Heartflow products and CT data requirements.
• Provide technical information and solutions regarding HF technologies.
