Job summary

Heartflow is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Customer Success team. The role guides the integration of Heartflow technology into new customer accounts, acting as the technical lifeline to resolve field issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

This field-based position requires up to 50% travel. You will manage projects for new products, train end-users and commercial teams, and document interactions in Heartflow’s CRM.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or other relevant education in engineering or sciences.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or clinical field with advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Project/program management experience.
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems.
• Clinical/medical background preferred.
• Prior experience in digital health or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Heartflow’s implementation process for integrating technology into new customer accounts.
• Manage implementation projects for new products or features to the commercial team and customers.
• Provide end-user and commercial team training on Heartflow products and CT data requirements per training plans.
• Provide clinically relevant and technical information and solutions regarding Heartflow technologies.
• Document and track customer feedback, training, complaints, and resolutions in CRM.
• Maintain an accurate implementation project funnel with progress tracking and risk identification.
• Understand customer challenges and help design solutions, data insights, and tools for growth.
• Lead customer teams, adhere to project plans, and mitigate scope creep.
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to map and validate orders, scheduling, reading, and billing processes for high adoption.
• Ensure Go-Live criteria are met and supported during activation.
