Job summary

Heartflow is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the integration of Heartflow technology into customer accounts. This field-based role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing implementation projects, and training end users and commercial staff on product use and data requirements.

You will provide technical and clinical support, document feedback and issues in the CRM, and drive go-live readiness with strong project management and stakeholder communication. Up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• BS, MS in engineering or sciences required.
• 3+ years in technical/clinical field with advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Project/program management experience required.
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems required.
• Clinical/medical background preferred.
• Experience in digital health or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Heartflow’s implementation process for integrating our technology into new customer accounts.
• Manage implementation projects for new products or features to the commercial team and customers.
• Provide end‑user and commercial team training on Heartflow products and CT data requirements to customers in accordance with training plans.
• Provide clinically relevant and technical information and solutions in response to inquiries regarding use of HF technologies.
• Document and track customer feedback, training, complaints, and resolutions in Heartflow’s CRM system.
• Proactively manage and maintain an accurate implementation project funnel, including tracking progress, risks, and timelines.
• Understand issues and challenges of customers and design solutions, data insights, and tools for growth.
• Lead customer teams, maintain project focus, and manage scope creep.
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to map and validate processes (orders, scheduling, reading, billing).
• Ensure all Go-Live criteria are met and signed off, supporting activation.
