Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States, supported by an on-site team. You will have a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow while earning supplemental income and gaining exposure to the medical device industry, with travel and on-site assignments typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related technical experience.
• 3+ years in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
• Prior military veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
