Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States with on-site support. You will work with healthcare professionals to install hardware and software, test devices, and ensure proper configuration.

This part-time role requires travel; typically 1–3 weeks on-site per assignment and 40+ hours weekly. An active Driver's license, personal vehicle, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proximity to a major

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience.
• 3+ years in field technical role with hardware and software installations.
• Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, IT preferred.
• Prior military veterans encouraged to apply!
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
