Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks Field Service Technicians to leverage their technical experience by troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices in hospitals nationwide, with support from an on-site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years' experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, technical work, or IT is preferred for this position.
• Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply!
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
