Medtronic plc is seeking a Sales Professional to drive growth across assigned accounts in the United States. You will build strong relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals, pursue leads, and promote Medtronic products and services while gathering market insights.

The role emphasizes field sales in the medical devices sector with a focus on achieving targets and improving patient outcomes. A robust background in healthcare sales is preferred.

Qualificações

• Sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• pursues leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
