Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years sales/related experience in medical devices.
• Alternatively: Associate’s Degree with 6+ years experience; or Bachelor’s with 4+ years experience.
• Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic products and/or services.
• Promotes and educates about the company’s products and services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products/modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
