Johnson & Johnson in Michigan is seeking an Associate Clinical Account Specialist to join the Cardiovascular MedTech team in Mid-Michigan (Flint, Saginaw, Bay City, Lansing). This 6-9 month training program prepares you to support physicians and EP lab staff with CARTO system and related equipment during procedures.

Successful graduates advance to Clinical Account Specialist responsible for clinical product support, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree by hire date or equivalent experience.
• EP mapping/EP lab knowledge preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 40% overnight across local, regional and national markets.

Responsibilities

• Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program.
• Engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders to formulate solutions.
• Understand EP lab dynamics including physicians, nurses and technicians.
• Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
• Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during challenging interactions.
• Respond daily to emails and voicemails and coordinate with the local team and trainers.
