Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking candidates for the Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) training program in Mid-Michigan (Flint, Saginaw, Bay City, Lansing area). The 6-9 month fellowship provides hands-on exposure to EP technology and CARTO system training, with promotion to CAS upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required by the hire date.
• OR minimum of 2 years of related professional experience with an Associate’s degree.
• OR a minimum of 1 year of EP mapping experience with an Associate’s degree.
• OR graduate from an accredited program with EP focus and a Bachelor’s degree.
• US military branch exit with an Associate’s degree is acceptable.
• Preferred fields: Biology, Engineering, CS, Health Sciences, Finance, etc.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 40% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception.
• Engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders during training.
• Understand EP lab dynamics including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
• Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during interactions.
• Respond daily to email and voicemail.
• Drive collaboration across local team and support staff and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental practices and company policies.
