Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Account Specialist for the Mid-Michigan region, covering Flint, Saginaw, Bay City, and Lansing. The 6-9 month training position will prepare you for Clinical Account Specialist duties, with emphasis on EP technology and CARTO systems.

Successful candidates will travel up to 40% regionally and nationally, engage with physicians and EP staff, and graduate to a CAS role providing clinical product and training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required by start date.
• Associate’s degree with related professional experience acceptable.
• Prior EP mapping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend ACAS fellowship training program.
• Engage with internal and external partners to develop solutions.
• Understand EP lab dynamics with physicians, nurses, technicians, and admin staff.
• Prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during interactions.
• Respond to emails and voicemails daily.
• Support local team and field trainers to achieve business goals.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental practices.
