Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (by hire date) required.
• Associate's degree with 2 years related professional experience in engineering or procedural hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program.
• Engage with internal and external partners to formulate solutions based on training.
• Understand dynamics of an EP lab and communicate with physicians, nurses and technicians.
• Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
• Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
• Respond daily to email and voicemail.
• Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with local and support teams.
• Follow health, safety and environmental practices and company guidelines.
